Privacy Policy
Adjugo processes sensitive business documents — your tenders and your bids. This policy plainly describes what we collect, why, with whom, and your rights under Act 25 (Quebec) and PIPEDA (Canada).
Privacy Officer
Yannick Dumas is the designated Privacy Officer. Any question or request regarding your personal information: contact@adjugo.ai.
Information collected
Account: email address, name (if provided by your Microsoft identity provider). Content: the documents you submit (tenders, past bids), your company profile, and the content generated from them. Technical: access logs and diagnostic data necessary for the security and operation of the service.
We do not use advertising cookies — only a single session cookie, essential for signing in.
Purposes
Your information is used exclusively to: provide the service (tender analysis, first-draft generation, export), secure the platform, and communicate with you about your account. Your documents are never used to train artificial intelligence models — neither ours nor those of our providers.
Hosting and subprocessors
Your data is hosted in Canada (Microsoft Azure, Canada Central region — Toronto). To operate, Adjugo relies on the following subprocessors:
- Microsoft Azure — hosting of the application, database, and files (Canada); text recognition of scanned documents.
- Anthropic (United States) — tender analysis and first-draft generation. Anthropic does not train its models on data submitted via API.
- Voyage AI (United States) — semantic indexing of your bid corpus.
- Resend (United States) — sending sign-in emails and service notifications.
- Stripe (United States) — payment processing and subscription management. Your banking data is transmitted directly to Stripe and never passes through our servers.
Processing by Anthropic, Voyage AI, Resend, and Stripe involves the disclosure of information outside Quebec, governed by contractual confidentiality commitments and limited to what is strictly necessary to provide the service.
Retention, export, and deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon request, we export or delete the entirety of your organization's data — documents, analyses, corpus, and generated content — within 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction, or its deletion, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@adjugo.ai. You may also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d’accès à l’information.
Privacy incidents
Any incident presenting a risk of serious harm will be reported to you, as well as to the Commission d’accès à l’information, in accordance with Act 25. An incident register is maintained.
