Terms of Use
Adjugo is currently offered on a private-access basis to a limited group of pilot companies. By using the service, you accept the following terms.
The service
Adjugo analyzes your tenders and produces working documents: a compliance matrix, a go/no-go recommendation, first drafts of sections, and a Word export, based on the documents you provide.
Content generated by artificial intelligence
The analyses and text produced by Adjugo are generated by artificial intelligence and constitute working documents. A complete human review is required before any bid is submitted. Adjugo does not guarantee the completeness of requirement extraction, the compliance of a submission, or the awarding of a contract. The decision to bid and the final content submitted are your sole responsibility.
Your content
The documents you submit and the content generated from them remain your property. You grant us only the license necessary to process them and provide you the service (see the privacy policy for the subprocessors involved). You warrant that you have the right to submit the documents you provide to the service.
Account and acceptable use
Access is personal and by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. The following are prohibited: reselling the service, attempting to circumvent security mechanisms, and submitting unlawful content.
Availability and pilot phase
During the pilot phase, the service is provided “as is,” with no service-level commitment, and may change without notice. Hosting for pilot accounts is provided free of charge; pricing terms will apply once billing opens, with prior notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Adjugo's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service over the preceding twelve months. Adjugo cannot be held liable for the consequences of a submission filed without review, nor for indirect losses (contracts not awarded, loss of profit).
Termination and governing law
You may close your account at any time; your data can then be exported and will subsequently be deleted (Art. 5 of the privacy policy). These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein; any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Quebec.
